Eventful couple of weeks

Submitted by Toby on 13.02.2013

Last week was, in retrospect, character building, but at the time, pretty annoying. Arrived at the brewery on Monday to a large amount of water on the floor, at first figured a tap was leaking somewhere, then realized that the sight tube on the HLT was weeping, a lot. Whilst examining it (or poking it) …Read the full article >>

The Faithless

Submitted by Toby on 20.01.2013

This year I am going to try and keep the Faithless range a little more esoteric. As much fun as it is to play with the usual American / New Zealand hops, this year I want to focus more on adjuncts (think the Oysters, Lemon Grass etc of previous beers) and yeast, whilst trying to …Read the full article >>

Long time no update

Submitted by Toby on 29.04.2012

Can’t believe how long it has been since I last put together an update for the blog, but life has a habit of getting away from you when you run your own company. In the time since the last update there have been quite a number of changes, but one that has made our lives …Read the full article >>

Odd Week

Submitted by Toby on 05.03.2012

Going to be a strange one this week, combination of mistaken ordering and piss poor planning has left me in the position of having no empty casks, no grain, 5 full FV’s and we have pretty much sold out of beer. In some respects it will be an unusually relaxing week from a brewing / …Read the full article >>

Online shop

Submitted by Toby on 04.03.2012

Merchant ID has finally come through, so with any luck the online shop will be up and running towards the end of the week, early next. The Saisons are bubbling away quite happily, in a week or two will be ready for release, good chunk of these will be going into bottle.
