In my old life I had an FD, back office and the associated accounts payable department that dealt with all the pain of actually extracting payment from clients for the work done and I honestly never appreciated the work they did, until now. Certain companies really do take the piss, a combination of lies, bullshit and stalling tactics in order to delay paying invoices that our exceptionally late, name and shame will be saved for a short while, but in the mean time I really do not need this.
BTW – Holiday over and was good
